What can increase the project cost?

Existing environments usually need more discovery than a new setup. More users, additional domains, data transfers, shared-mailbox requirements, application dependencies, and device work can change the scope. Ask for these items to be identified before accepting the quote.

• Cleanup: resolving old accounts, unclear permissions, or incomplete records.
• Integrations: applications, scanners, or workflows that rely on email and sign-in.

Is setup the same as migration?

No. Setup prepares the destination environment. Migration transfers agreed information from an existing service and validates access afterward. What should we budget after setup?
