Professional signatures without the manual upkeep

A signature should make it easy to recognize your business and contact the right person. FortLyn helps Microsoft 365 teams replace inconsistent layouts, outdated details, and duplicate signatures with an agreed template and a manageable update process.

FortLyn is a CodeTwo reseller. We provide design and implementation services for CodeTwo Email Signatures 365.

What the setup can include

  • A branded template using your approved logo, colors, contact details, and optional staff photos.
  • Rules for the agreed users, departments, and internal or external messages.
  • A shorter reply layout and customer-approved confidentiality notice where needed.
  • Configuration of the agreed signature mode, followed by testing and handover.

Should signatures appear before or after sending?

CodeTwo supports signatures added in Outlook while composing, in the cloud after sending, or a combination of both. We review your email clients and preferred workflow before choosing a mode. The setup includes checks for duplicate signatures and the required permissions. Sent Items behavior is reviewed separately.

A practical rollout

  1. Review: Confirm your Microsoft 365 environment, sender count, existing signatures, and brand assets.
  2. Design: Approve the layout, links, user fields, and wording.
  3. Pilot: Test new messages, replies, forwards, and the devices your team uses.
  4. Roll out: Apply the approved rules, record ownership, and provide guidance for future updates.

What affects the price?

The number of senders, template variations, deployment needs, and ongoing changes determine the scope. Software subscriptions and FortLyn setup or support fees are identified separately in your quote.

Can you improve our existing CodeTwo setup?

Yes. We can review an existing layout, sender details, rules, and signature placement, then agree a focused improvement. Your organization approves access and any changes before rollout.

Plan your signature setup
